At Albo Jewellery, we aim to deliver your favourite jewellery quickly and safely throughout the UAE.
This policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, and delivery process.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM, weekends, or UAE public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • During sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Charges (UAE)

  • Standard Shipping (UAE-wide): AED 12–15

  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 149

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): AED 5–10 extra (varies by location)


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time across the UAE:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 business days

  • Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 2–4 business days

  • Remote / Non-service areas: 3–6 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment.


5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable UAE delivery partners such as:

  • Aramex

  • Shipa Delivery

  • Talabat Logistics

  • Quiqup

  • DTDC UAE

These partners ensure safe and fast shipping throughout the UAE.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Please keep the exact amount ready.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Repeated COD refusals may lead to blocking COD service for the customer.


7. Address Requirements

To avoid delays, please provide:

  • Full name

  • Complete address with building, flat/villa number

  • Active phone number

  • Correct emirate

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.


8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If the shipment returns to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer unavailable

  • COD rejection

Reshipping charges may apply.
For prepaid orders, a refund may be issued after deducting shipping fees.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the UAE.
International shipping will be available soon.


10. Packaging & Safety

Every jewellery item is:

  • Bubble-wrapped

  • Packed in a premium jewellery box

  • Sealed securely to avoid any damage
