While we ensure the best quality, if something goes wrong, we offer an easy and transparent replacement & refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged on arrival

  • The item is defective

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue

  • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging


Items NOT Eligible for Return (UAE Rules)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without unboxing video proof

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customised items (if any)


2. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer:

  • Free replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability)

  • If stock is unavailable, we offer:

    • Store credit, OR

    • Refund to original payment method


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received an incorrect product

  • A replacement is not possible

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges & COD fees are non-refundable


4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@albojewellery.com within 24–48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Your name

    • Issue details

    • Unboxing video + images

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to send it back using a local courier


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

  • For COD orders, refusal at delivery may lead to blocking COD for future orders


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank/payment provider

  • Some banks take extra time for posting refunds
